Cancellation Policy

In-Stock Gun Cancellations

A 7% credit card processing fee will be applied on any In-Stock gun order cancellation.

Custom Gun Cancellations

Custom guns cancelled within 1 week of placing the order, incur a 7% fee. After 1 week of placing the order, a 12% fee will be applied. Stealth Arms has begun manufacturing your custom order at this point. Currently, we have over 1,000,000 different configurations available without including color so we can’t just simply “sell it to the next guy”.

Return Policy

If you are experiencing any issues with your product, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and any cancellation fees) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization from Stealth Arms. All returns are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a refund. We will not accept returns after 30 days of receipt of product.

Changed Orders

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed, you have a week to make any changes. After a week, there will be a $50 fee to change your order. If your order has begun manufacturing (slide or frame made), the fee to change your order is increased to $100. Any changes may be subject to upgrade fees. If your order has already been painted, you will not be able to change your order. Keep in mind changes to your order may increase the lead time.
